Interactive Management, Inc. (IMI) is a full service accreditated association management company. Association management companies enable all organizations to enjoy the benefits of professional management. At IMI we work as a team to ensure the value and success of our client's programs. Our role is to manage the activities of our clients and help them realize their goals and objectives with the guidance of their board of directors. This allows volunteers to concentrate on program developement, not administrative detail.
Interactive Management Incorporated is achievement based. Our performance must equal or surpass written established goals. The job description listed in the proposal must be reviewed and clearly set and agreed upon by both the Board of Directors and IMI.
The organizational structure of IMI is close knit but seamless. It is difficult to find one experienced, knowledgeable person skilled in every aspect of association management and also keep up with trends, government regulations, and IRS rules for non-profits; and handle staffing requirements with the peaks and valleys of association activity.
Each individual employee has the ability and responsibilty to serve the client's needs. We all have a strong commitment to work on the projects as well as respond quickly to the needs of the members.
